Shipping & Returns

      All purchased items will be dispatched the following working day.
      Postage cost of the returned items is the responsibility of the customer.
      Unwanted Goods: the item must be returned within seven days of agreement being signed returned goods must be in original packaging/condition with all parts as sent.
      Faulty Goods: must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Please send the faulty item to the address above along with your item number, We will then post you a replacement or issue refund if the returned item is found to be faulty.
      Non Faulty goods: if non faulty goods or goods that bought by mistake are returned we would issue a full refund minus the initial postage costs.
      Damaged items during setting up or during installation will be posted back to the customer, We strongly recommend that motherboards, screens, keyboard, processors, inverters, screen hinges, heat sinks, etc are removed and installed by a qualified person with sufficient computer hardware experience, we always thoroughly test the returned items ,if found to be faulty the customer would be informed and no refund would be issued
      We should not be held responsible for items damaged /lost during postage to us. We always recommend sending the returned items using recorded delivery.
